Procurement of IT Equipment for OMR and E-Marking

The products should be equivalent to prime quality standards such as those made in Japan. The delivery and installation must be completed within one month after contract award, including all taxes, transportation, labor, testing, commissioning, and installation charges. Eligibility criteria include a tender fee of Rs.2,000 (non-refundable), bid security of Rs.100,000 (refundable), three years of relevant experience, a minimum turnover of Rs.6,000,000 over the last three years, registration with EPADS (SPPRA) and FBR for income and sales tax, and compliance with technical specifications.
