Procurement of IT Equipment for National Book Foundation Islamabad

The National Book Foundation (National Book Foundation) Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT Equipment under reference number P142746. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and covered by a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty verifiable online. Manufacturer Authorization Letters (MAL) are mandatory for specified categories. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the National Book Foundation office before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on QCBS with 60% weightage to technical and 40% to financial proposals. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
