Procurement of IT Equipment Items for Financial Year 2026-27 by Office of the Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib invites reputed contractors, firms, and organizations with adequate past experience and technical capabilities to supply IT equipment items for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the bidding process will be conducted online via the PPRA E-Tendering System. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer (Core i5 11th Gen or Later, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, DVD RW, Branded, with Original Licensed OS) - Laptop (High-Spec / Heavy Duty) (Core i7 11th Gen or Later, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 15.6" FHD Display, Branded, with Original Licensed OS) - Laptop (Standard Spec) (Core i5 11th Gen or Later, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 14"-15.6" HD Display, Branded, with Original Licensed OS) - Computer Monitor (LED 19"-21.5" Full HD, HDMI/VGA Port, Branded) - LCD Display (55 Inch, 4K UHD Smart Display, Wall Mountable, Branded) - Laser Printer (Monochrome, A4 Size, USB/Network Enabled, High Speed Printing) - Multifunction Printer (Print/Scan/Copy, A4 Size, Network Enabled) - Scanner (Flatbed, A4 Size, High Resolution, USB Connectivity) - Keyboard (USB, Standard 104 Keys, Branded) - Mouse (USB Optical, Standard, Branded) - External Hard Drive (1TB/2TB Capacity, USB 3.0, Portable) - USB Flash Drive (32GB/64GB Capacity, USB 3.0) - Wi-Fi Router (Dual Band, Wireless AC, High Speed) - Network Switch (24 Port, Gigabit, Manageable) - HDMI Cable (High Speed, 1.5-3 Meter Length, Gold Plated Connectors) - Computer Power Cable (Standard 3-Pin, 1.5 Meter Length) All 16 items shall be treated as a single lot. Bidders must quote rates for each item but evaluation will be based on the lowest total aggregate price for the complete lot. Partial awards are not permissible. The technical scope includes branded, high-quality IT equipment with specified technical specifications suitable for office use. The procurement will be conducted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System under Rule 03 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax purposes and provide bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required upon award. The tender submission deadline is **19-09-2026** by 12:00 P.M. through the E.P Punjab portal only. Manual bids will not be accepted. The quoted rates must remain valid until 30th June 2027.
