Procurement of Janitorial Services for NADRA RHO Quetta and Its Office

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Quetta is inviting bids for the procurement of janitorial services for its office and related facilities across Balochistan for the financial year 2026-27. Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly specialized cleaning tasks include maintenance of sewerage lines, dusting of signage, vacuum cleaning of blinds, buffing and polishing of marble floors, and wet cleaning of enamel painted surfaces. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies including polish machines, vacuum cleaners, ladders, scaffolding, stools, and trolleys. The contract duration is one year starting tentatively from October 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement. The contractor must ensure timely payment of salaries to cleaning staff as per government notified minimum wages, including EOBI and social security contributions. Strict adherence to labor laws and timely salary disbursement by the 5th of each month is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in penalties or contract termination. Bidders must be registered with NADRA, possess valid NTN, GST, and BRA registrations, and have at least three years of relevant experience providing janitorial services in Balochistan.
