Procurement of Laboratory Chemicals, Anesthesia Items, Medical Gases, Dental Material, Bedding/Clothing, Stationary, and Contingency Items by District Health Officer Nowhera

The District Health Officer Nowhera invites sealed bids from eligible firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized/sole agents registered with Income Tax Department (NTN), Sales Tax Department (GST), and KPPRA for procurement of various medical and related items through Single Stage Double Envelope bidding as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) for financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Rural Health Center located at Village Pirpai, Near Azakhel Dry Port, Nowshera. Items being procured: - Laboratory Chemicals & Reagents - Anesthesia Items - Medical Gases - Dental Material - Bedding/Clothing - Stationary - Other Contingency Items The scope includes supply of quality laboratory chemicals, anesthesia and dental materials, medical gases, bedding and clothing, stationery, and other contingency items as per specifications. Bidders must attach valid NTN certificate, General Sales Tax registration, and proof of relevant enlistment/registration. For Laboratory Items/Reagents, X-Ray Items, and Dental Items/Materials, valid DRAP license/registration and manufacturer authorization letter are mandatory. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges, valid for at least 90 days from tender opening. Delivery of awarded items must be completed within 15 days of supply order issuance. Bids must be submitted online through the KPPRA e-procurement (E-PAD) portal by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money in shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft, CDR, or Bankers Cheque in favor of District Health Officer Nowhera must be submitted before bid opening.
