Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) Lahore invites bids for procurement of IT equipment to support its multidisciplinary consultancy operations across major development sectors including Water Resources, Infrastructure, Urban Development, Transportation, Energy and Environment. Items being procured: - Laptops (60 units) - Desktops (24 units) - Printers (10 units) - Photocopy Machines (4 units) - Plotter (1 unit) - Interactive Screen (2 units) - LED (14 units) The procurement covers supply of laptops, desktops, printers, photocopy machines, a plotter, LED displays, and interactive screens. These items are essential for ECSP's office operations and project execution. Bidders must submit bids separately for each lot as contracts will be awarded individually. The technical scope includes delivery to ECSP Head Office at 83-A E/I, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore, with completion expected within 14 calendar days from contract signing. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Firms, companies, sole proprietors, and service providers with valid registration and experience in supplying IT equipment are encouraged to participate. Bid security amounts vary per lot and must be submitted via Pay Order, Bank deposit-at-call (CDR), Demand Draft, or irrevocable Bank Guarantee.
