Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of laptops.
Items being procured:

The procurement is conducted via a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through the SAP Ariba portal. Bid documents can be collected from 14.09.2026 till 29.09.2026 between 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 29.09.2026 at 02:15 PM, and the bid opening will be held on 29.09.2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. The commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
Interested bidders must have an Ariba Network ID and are requested to register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal by clicking the provided link to access and participate in upcoming PSO tenders. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal. This tender notice is also available on PSO and PPRA websites.
