Supply of Electronic Equipments for High Court Rest House at Mirpur

Building Division Mirpur Physical Planning and Housing Department, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) under Single Stage-One Envelope E-Bidding Procedure from eligible suppliers of electronic equipments having NTN and Sales Tax registration with FBR/AJK Inland Revenue in relevant category for FY 2025-26 and endorsement in PP&H Govt. of AJK for FY 2025-26. Items being procured: - Supply of Electronic Equipments for High Court Rest House at Mirpur The technical sanction number is 15/SE dated 23-09-2026. The bid security required is Rs. 2,17,000/- and the completion period is 30 days. Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the contractor's dashboard website (www.cwd.ajk.gov.pk). Bidders must upload scanned copies of bank receipts showing proof of deposit of bid security in Divisional Joint Accounts at Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Main Branch Mirpur or Ladies Branch Mirpur or AlBaraka Bank Mirpur along with relevant documents on the dashboard. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-10-2026 at the office of the Chief Engineer Buildings/PHE Mirpur. Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned through divisional cheque upon award of contract or expiry of bid validity, whichever is earlier. Electronic bidding will be evaluated on percentage basis (Above/Below/At par) with two digits after decimal point considered. Blacklisted firms, contractors, companies, suppliers, and distributors are not allowed to participate. Interested bidders must furnish affidavit/certificate confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in conflict with government anywhere in AJK or federally administered areas/all provinces of Pakistan. Bidders must upload Letter of Bid, other required documents as per bid data sheet on E-Bidding Dashboard along with the bid. Hard copies of original bank receipts and bidding documents signed and stamped by the company/firm must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening. The software supports only PDF format for technical profile upload. Any bidder providing incorrect information or failing to submit hard copies of complete bidding documents will be disqualified and banned for two years from participation in any bidding procedure. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all or any bid under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules. The tender is issued by Building Division Mirpur Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
