Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of laptops under Tender No 4434 (Procurement of Laptops) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Lahore, Punjab, and aims to supply high-quality laptops meeting the detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Items being procured:
- Category A: 10 units of 2-in-1 Laptop Ultra 7 with Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, 16GB LPDDR5x memory, 1TB SSD storage, Intel Arc Graphics, 14" WUXGA IPS screen, Windows 11 OS, and 1 year local warranty.
- Category B: 148 units of Laptop Ultra 5 with Intel Core Ultra 5 225U processor, 16GB DDR5 memory, 512GB SSD storage, Intel Graphics, 16" WUXGA screen, Windows 11 OS, and 1 year local warranty.
The laptops will be delivered to the IT Directorate at 132 Ghazi Grid, Barki Road, Lahore. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, manufacturer authorization, non-blacklisting undertakings, and compliance with technical specifications. Bid security of PKR 2,400,000 is required. The bids will be opened on September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.
