Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment at NTOS Dry Port Lahore

The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of ICT equipment for NTOS Dry Port Lahore on a Lahore basis. The equipment must be delivered within 60 days after issuance of Letter of Acceptance. Pre-delivery inspection may be conducted at the firm's premises, preferably in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, at the firm's expense. Final inspection will be carried out after installation at the consignee's location. Eligibility criteria require OEMs or OEM authorized dealers with valid authorization letters, NTN/STRN registration, active tax filer status, and compliance certificates. Tender fee of Rs 2,000 and bid security of Rs 200,000 in the form of bank drafts are mandatory. Performance bank guarantee of 5% of contract value is required from the successful bidder. Warranty period is one year starting from the date of certified receipt voucher. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately for technical and commercial offers at HQ NLC, Harding Road, Rawalpindi, by hand or post before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b).
