The original bid security must be physically submitted to the Procurement Officer at Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract price within 30 days of award.
