Procurement of Light Sniper Rifle, Rifle Area Illumination Device, Micro Reflex Sight, Optical Magnifier, and Combat Ballistic Helmet by Headquarters Airport Security Force Karachi

The Headquarters Airport Security Force Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods as described in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. This procurement covers the following items: - Light Sniper Rifle (06 Pcs) - Rifle Area Illumination Device (Weapon Light) (60 Pcs) - Micro Reflex Sight (Red Dot Optic) (60 Pcs) - Flip to the Side Optical Magnifier (30 Pcs) - Combat Ballistic Helmet (350 Pcs) The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk for all interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Headquarters Airport Security Force. The original bid security instrument along with a sample must reach the office before bid closing, failing which will lead to disqualification. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of the bids in sealed envelopes should also be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch Karachi on or before 01 Sep, 2026 1100 A.M. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. DG ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
