Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of machinery and IT related items for the Board of Secondary Education Karachi, located in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement covers a wide range of equipment including branded Intel Core i7 machines, LED monitors, printers, scanners, UPS units, storage devices, air conditioners, network switches, smart screens, and various office appliances. The scope ensures the supply of high-quality, durable products with a mandatory one-year comprehensive warranty and after-sales service. The items are intended to support the Board's examination procedures and office operations efficiently.
The procurement requires bidders to comply with detailed technical specifications and standards, ensuring all equipment is equivalent to or better than specified brand names such as Dell, HP, Ricoh, and others. The delivery site is the Board of Secondary Education Karachi office in Nazimabad. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, with bids to be submitted both online via the EPADS portal and in sealed hard copy. The contract includes installation, testing, and commissioning of the supplied items.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including a minimum turnover of PKR 32 million over the last three years, registration with EPADS and FBR, and submission of bid security and tender fee.
