Tender Description
The Health Department of Sindh is procuring manikins, training simulators, training models, hospital and general furniture, fixtures, devices, and IT equipment for the establishment and upgradation of skill labs at paramedical schools located in Jamshoro, Larkana, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, and Mithi. This procurement is part of the ADP scheme and aims to enhance the practical training facilities for paramedical students across Sindh.
The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of manikins and training simulators, along with a comprehensive range of hospital and general furniture, fixtures, and IT equipment. The equipment must meet the specifications prepared by the technical committee and include warranty and maintenance provisions. Installation and commissioning will be conducted at the respective sites, with a warranty period of three years including free replacement of parts and services.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the relevant PEC category, possess valid FBR registration, and have prior experience in supplying similar medical training equipment and furniture. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. Earnest money in the form of a pay order or call deposit is required with the financial proposal.
The tender documents are available from the office of the SO Budget/DDO Health Department Sindh. Submission and opening of bids will take place at the Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. The deadline for submission is 29th April 2024 at 11:00 AM.
