Procurement of Medical Gases for FY 2026-2027 by Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital

Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for Medical Gases for the fiscal year 2026-2027 through e-Tendering on the e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. Items being procured: - 2nd Time Medical Gases FY 2026-2027 The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website http://eprocure.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System by 03.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m., with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 a.m. Hard copies of the technical bid must also be submitted as bid security/performance guarantee at the Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi by the same deadline. Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids or electronic submission. All procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
