Tender Description
THQ Hospital Chunian is inviting bids for a framework contract to supply a comprehensive range of medical and general store items. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 and will be managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal. The department requires firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal to participate by submitting their bids online.

The scope covers supply of medical consumables, surgical equipment, bio-medical gases, pathology lab items, printing materials, IT equipment, and bedding & clothing for hospital use. The procurement is intended to support hospital operations in Chunian, Punjab, ensuring availability of essential medical and general supplies. Bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier’s Cheque equal to 2% of the estimated cost on the e-Procurement portal and submit the original instrument to the Medical Superintendent before the tender closing time.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement portal, valid FBR/ATL status, and compliance with all PPRA rules. The bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Method.
