The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites eligible bidders for the procurement of various medical, IT, printing, and hospital supplies on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under the budgetary umbrella of the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department, specifically for DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura and Govt. Al-Aziz Hospital & College of Paramedical Sciences Nangal Sadhan, Muridke. The procurement covers a wide range of items essential for hospital operations and patient care in Sheikhupura. Items being procured: - Bedding & Linen Items - Dental Instruments & Material - Dialysis Medicines & Items - General Store Items - Herbal Desi & Homeopathy Medicine - IT Equipment & Computer Accessories - Laboratory & Blood Bank Items - Medical Oxygen on Cylinder Refill Basis & Central Oxygen Supply System Accessories - Printer Toner Refill & Photocopy Services - Printing Material - Stationary Items - Surgical Disposable Items - X-Ray Films, Chemicals and Allied Materials - 15% Local Purchase (Day to Day), Punjab Health Insurance/Dialysis Program Medicines and Social Welfare Patient's Medicines - Sale of Empty Plastic Bottles/Canes and X-Ray Chemicals Waste - Parking Stands of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura - Canteens of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura The technical scope includes supply of medical consumables, medicines, IT and computer accessories, printing and stationery materials, oxygen supply system components, and hospital infrastructure items such as parking stands and canteens. The procurement is designed to support the hospital's operational needs and patient care services throughout the fiscal year. Bidders must comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and provide bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Draft as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules. Original bid security and all affidavits must be submitted to the Procurement Branch before the closing date. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure. Only typed quoted rates will be accepted, and any alterations or corrections will not be considered. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before the closing time or as specified by the procuring agency. The last date for uploading and submission of E-Bids is 11th August 2026 till 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of the firms. Bidders are advised to prepare and submit bids carefully, ensuring all required documents and samples are attached and prices are inclusive of all taxes.
