Tender Description
THQ Hospital Chunian is inviting bids from registered firms and contractors for the procurement of various essential items through the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014, amended up to date, ensuring transparency and compliance with government regulations. The department requires a diverse range of supplies to support hospital operations in Chunian.

- X Ray Films & Fixer Developer (Estimated Cost: 2.42 Million PKR)
- General Store Items (8.0 Million PKR)
- Stationary Items (2.31 Million PKR)
- Bio-Medical Surgical Equipment/Items (2.3 Million PKR)
- Bio Medical Gases (2.3 Million PKR)
- Local Purchase of Medicine/Surgical Disposable Items day to day 15% (10 Million PKR)
- Pathology Lab Items (11.39 Million PKR)
- Printing Material (4.70 Million PKR)
- IT Equipment (4.28 Million PKR)
- Bedding & Clothing (2.4 Million PKR)
The scope covers procurement of medical consumables, surgical equipment, gases, pathology lab items, IT equipment, printing materials, stationery, general store items, and bedding & clothing. The procurement will be conducted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal, with earnest money in the form of CDR or Bank Draft required at 2% of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted physically before the closing time. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and comply with all PPRA rules. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Method as per PPR-2014.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in supplying hospital and medical items. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. The last date for bid submission is 20.8.2026 till 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
