Tender Description
The Punjab Judicial Academy is inviting bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items for its new campus located at Kala Shah Kaku. This procurement is aimed at equipping the new campus with essential furnishings and related items to support its operational and residential facilities.
Items being procured:
- Bed Mattresses/Protectors Cover and Pillow Cases/Covers for PJA New Campus KSK
- Blankets, Bed Sheets, Towels and Prayer Mat for PJA New Campus KSK
- Curtains for PJA New Campus KSK
- Carpets for PJA New Campus KSK
- Miscellaneous Items for Offices and Hostel for PJA New Campus KSK
The scope of this procurement includes supplying quality bedding materials, curtains, carpets, and other miscellaneous items suitable for office and hostel use. The materials must meet the standards required for institutional use and durability. The site for delivery and installation is the Punjab Judicial Academy New Campus at Kala Shah Kaku.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers with prior experience in the relevant field. Registration with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments is mandatory. Bidders must also possess a professional tax certificate for the financial year 2025-26 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
The bid submission deadline is **17th August 2026 at 12:30 PM**, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8th August 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost is required.
