Procurement of MS Plain Plate 8FT X 4FT X 10MM (Qty: 18 Nos.)

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of MS Plain Plates sized 8FT X 4FT X 10MM, quantity 18 Nos., for industrial use. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - MS Plain Plate 8FT X 4FT X 10MM (Qty: 18 Nos.) The plates must be of good quality, capable of bearing high loads, and vendors are required to provide complete specifications along with a sample picture at the time of bid submission; failure to do so will result in immediate rejection of the bid. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status, NADRA citizenship verification, FBR NTN and GST registration, and submission of a bid securing declaration. The delivery location is Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, with a delivery schedule of 30 days from contract award. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before the deadline of Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM PKT, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security is required in the form of a bid securing declaration. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices within 30 days of delivery and acceptance. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the procurement proceedings as per PPRA rules.
