Tender Description
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad is undertaking procurement of office equipment through an Open Framework Agreement for a period of two years, extendable by one year. This procurement is specifically for the supply of various office equipment items to NADRA RHO Islamabad, located in Islamabad Capital Territory. The scope includes a range of IT and electrical equipment such as POE Switches (8 port), NVR/DVR units, 8 TB Hard Disks, LED IP Cameras, Network Switches of various port capacities (8, 16, 24 ports), Camera Stands, Special UPS units (1 KVA internal), Batteries, UPS units (2 KVA and 3 KVA), and other related office equipment. All supplies must be original equipment with valid warranties and must comply strictly with approved quality certificates and brand specifications. Failure to maintain quality or quantity standards during the contract period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the tender. The procurement process requires interested firms to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Applicants must submit a Technical Bid including Earnest Money or CDR as per the prequalification documents. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet eligibility criteria including PEC registration if applicable, and experience in supplying similar equipment. The deadline for submission of applications is **04th May 2026 at 1100 hours**. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for prequalification and delivered to NADRA RHO Islamabad Procurement Department at Plot # 30,31 Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad. The Technical Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1130 hours.
