Tender Description
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The procurement covers a range of office and IT-related goods to support PESCO's operational needs in Peshawar.
Items being procured:
- Office Stationery Items
- Laptops
- Office Supplies including A/V Multimedia Equipment (75" Smart TV, Conference Speaker Unit, Video Conference Camera) and 2-Ton Standing Air Conditioner for Interactive Multipurpose Facility
- Networking Accessories, Fiber Optic Testing Tools, UPS, Printers, Scanners, and Other IT Equipment/Tools
- Paper, File Cover & Envelopes
- Toners for Printer (Different Models)
The scope includes supply of multimedia and IT equipment, office stationery, and consumables to enhance PESCO's administrative and technical capabilities. Bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and submit bids using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar by the deadline.
E-Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. Bids must be submitted by Monday, September 14, 2026, 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM on the same day.
Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register online. A tutorial is available on YouTube to assist with registration.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Bid Security is original and submitted with a proper covering letter in the sealed envelope to avoid rejection. Also, familiarize yourself with EPADS v2.0 to avoid technical issues during bid submission.
