Procurement of Office Supplies for Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority HQ (Framework Contract)

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) Lahore invites bids for the procurement of office supplies under a framework contract through a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure. This procurement is aimed at well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered companies, firms, organizations, or suppliers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal only; submissions by any other means will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened on September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with bid submission deadline at 2:30 PM the same day. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per the listed amounts for each lot.
