Procurement of Office Supplies for Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA)

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) Lahore invites bids under a framework contract through a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure for procurement of office supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is aimed at streamlining regulatory measures across Punjab and includes a variety of office items. Items being procured: - Vehicle Care, Safety & Accessories - Printing & Consumables & Publication - Stationery Items & Entertainment Gifts - Gifts - Janitorial, Crockery & Miscellaneous Hardware The bidding process requires submission of technical and financial bids separately through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Only firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system are eligible. Bids must be submitted online before 30th September 2026 at 02:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 03:00 PM the same day. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required for each lot, ranging from Rs. 0.322 Mn to Rs. 1.050 Mn. The scope covers supply of the listed office items under a one-year framework contract with the possibility of extension. Bidders must ensure compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submit bids through the official portal. Late bids will not be accepted. PERA reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage.
