Procurement of Pathology Room Lab Kits, UPO, Janitorial, Medicine, Medical Devices, Stationery, General Store, CSSD and Laundry Services

The Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites e-bids from well-reputed firms for the procurement of multiple items and services in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Bidders are advised to submit their bids electronically via the PPRA e-Procurement portal. The tenders will be opened publicly as per the schedule. Items being procured: - Tender of Pathology Room Lab Kits and Reagent on Rental Reagent Basis - Tender of UPO - Tender of Janitorial Services - Tender of Medicine - Tender of Medical Device (Anesthesia items) - Tender of Medical Device (Angio items) - Tender of Medical Device (Cardiac surgery items) - Tender of Stationery Items - Tender of General Store Items - Tender of CSSD Services - Tender of Laundry Services The scope covers supply and services related to pathology lab kits, medical devices including anesthesia, angio and cardiac surgery items, medicines, janitorial and laundry services, stationery, general store items, and CSSD services. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel or modify the procurement process or quantities as per PPRA Rules 2014. Earnest money of 2% of the given estimated cost is refundable and required. Bidders must ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and relevant authorities. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the specified dates and times. The closing date for submission is **26th September 2026** by 10:00 AM for most items, with some tenders closing on 25th September 2026.
