Procurement of Plants on Annual Framework Contract Basis FY 2026-27 for Horticulture Zone V Shadman and Gors Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms and nurseries with relevant work experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments. This procurement is for plants on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 covering Horticulture Zone V Shadman and Gors Lahore. Items being procured: - Lot#1 Different species of Ficus (Estimated Cost Rs. 17,350,000, Bid Security Rs. 347,000) - Lot#2 Different species of Ficus Toparies (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,550,000, Bid Security Rs. 51,000) - Lot#3 Different species of Buxus cones (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,455,000, Bid Security Rs. 49,100) - Lot#4 Different species of other plants (Estimated Cost Rs. 21,220,000, Bid Security Rs. 424,400) The scope includes supply of various plant species to be delivered at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office located at Jail Road, Lahore. The contract will be awarded on a lot-wise basis through open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have proven experience in similar horticulture supply contracts. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per lot details. Financial bids will only be opened for technically qualified firms. The last date for submission of bids is 19th August 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The procurement process will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
