Tender Description
Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms and nurseries with relevant work experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments. The procurement is for plants on an annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27 for Horticulture Zone-VII, Mall Road & LBC Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Lot#1 Tree Plants (Estimated Cost Rs. 44,342,200, Bid Security Rs. 886,844)
- Lot#2 Shrubs / Hedges (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,974,500, Bid Security Rs. 39,490)
- Lot#3 Ground Covers (Estimated Cost Rs. 658,000, Bid Security Rs. 13,160)
- Lot#4 Vines / Climber (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,296,000, Bid Security Rs. 25,920)
The procurement will be completed through open competitive bidding on a single stage two envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The successful bidder must carefully review the bidding documents including TORs and terms and conditions. Items shall be supplied at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore as directed within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%.
Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax departments and experience in similar works. Earnest money (bid security) amounts are specified per lot. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal well before the deadline.
The last date for submission of bids is 25-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders are advised to upload their bids early to avoid last-minute issues.
