Supply of Plants for Afforestation Along Multan Vehari Road KM 06-50

The Forest Department through Deputy Conservator of Forests Sahiwal invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids on the e-Procurement System for the supply of plants under various development projects (Green Fund) budget. The procurement involves supply of plants including loading/unloading at site and carriage, planting of plants in earthen pots/grow bags of 12'' pot size in different species for Vehari to Multan Road KM No.06-50/LRS. The species include Amaltas, Budha, Lagestroemia, Bakain, Kachnar, Tabebuia (pink flower), Tecoma, Jacaranda, Bottle Brush, Neem, Terminalia, Peepal, Pilkan Sirs, Kikar, Shisham, Hibiscus, Jatrofa, Kanair, Sukhchain and other miscellaneous shady ornamental flowering shrubs and trees as per site condition. Plants should be 5 to 6 feet in height and properly shifted along with carriage/provision at site. Items being procured: - Plants of various species including Amaltas, Budha, Lagestroemia, Bakain, Kachnar, Tabebuia (pink flower), Tecoma, Jacaranda, Bottle Brush, Neem, Terminalia, Peepal, Pilkan Sirs, Kikar, Shisham, Hibiscus, Jatrofa, Kanair, Sukhchain and other ornamental shrubs and trees - Quantity: 363,000 plants The scope includes supply, loading/unloading, carriage, and planting at the specified road stretch. Only firms/contractors registered and renewed with FBR, PRA & PEC with code (CE-10) and FC&R Department having professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for the year 2026-27 are eligible. Firms must have their own nursery and experienced forest-related consultants or qualified staff. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost must be submitted through the online portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System by 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Joint ventures are not allowed. The contractor shall be responsible for machinery, equipment, and maintenance of forest areas. All forestry operations are time-limited and must be carried out in consultation with the department.
