Procurement of Polythene Sheet for FY 2026-27 on Annual Framework Contract Basis

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites E-Bids from well reputed and financially sound firms, general order suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The successful bidder must supply the items at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office located at Jail Road, Lahore within the stipulated period mentioned in the purchase order. Submission of sample is mandatory and will be evaluated by the technical committee as per specifications. Only financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline and not to wait for the last moment. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and relevant tax departments and comply with all bidding documents and terms and conditions. Earnest money of Rs. 44,472 (2% bid security) is required.
