Procurement of Portable Spirometer and Video Laryngoscope

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers, authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan for the supply of medical equipment. The procurement is for the supply of a Portable Spirometer and Video Laryngoscope to be delivered DDP at PKLI Lahore. Items being procured: - Portable Spirometer (Qty: 01, Estimated Amount: PKR 1,035,393) - Video Laryngoscope (Qty: 03, Estimated Amount: PKR 2,257,500) The bidding procedure is single stage two envelope bidding on a lot-wise least cost basis as per PPRA-2014 rules. Bidders must submit bids electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System by 07-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount for each lot must be submitted electronically via PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25-08-2026. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
