Procurement of Poultry Feed for Financial Year 2026-27 by Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Poultry Feed for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, specifically from manufacturers of Poultry Feed in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Poultry Feed (specific types and quantities not detailed in the notice). Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bidding documents separately online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 29th September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, either in person or via Zoom, at the same Committee Room. Bidders must thoroughly review the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) before this meeting and submit any queries or suggestions in writing by the pre-bid date. Late submissions will not be entertained. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required. Cheques, pay orders, or crossed/ordinary instruments will not be accepted as bid security. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 (1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
