Procurement of Power Analyzers for Grid Stations at NGC Muzaffargarh

The National Grid Company (NGC) invites bids for the procurement of power analyzers for grid stations under the Director General Field Operations North at NGC Muzaffargarh. This tender covers the supply of digital multifunction power meters/power analyzers to be installed panel-mounted inside switchboards at the 500KV Grid Station, NGC Muzaffargarh. Items being procured: - 135 Power Analyzers The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications including backlit LCD display, auxiliary supply voltage 100–250 V AC/DC, supply frequency 45–65 Hz, voltage input range 50–350 V AC (L-N), current measurement via CTs, real-time TRMS measurements, energy measurements, power quality parameters, configurable alarms, RS485 Modbus RTU communication, and accuracy classes as per IEC standards. The analyzers shall be delivered within 60 days following contract signing on FCS basis to the C-type store at the 500KV Grid Station, NGC Muzaffargarh. Bidders must be manufacturers or suppliers legally registered for at least five years with proven experience of at least two similar contracts in the last seven years. Valid PEC license, FBR registration, and active taxpayer status are mandatory. Bid security of Rs. 750,000 is required. Bids must be submitted through the e-PADS portal in two separate PDF files (Technical and Price bids), with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline. The deadline for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 14:30 hours, with bid opening at 15:00 hours on the same day at the office of Director General (Field Operations) North, NGC Multan. The contract includes installation charges borne by the contractor. Bidders are advised to inspect the site and familiarize themselves with site conditions before bidding.
