Delivery is expected within 10-14 days after issuance of the purchase order. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. Bid security of PKR 250,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft payable to PMDC. Eligibility criteria include valid OEM certificates or authorized dealership proof, affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting, two years of financial statements, and no conflict of interest with PMDC. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) among technically responsive bidders.
