Tender Description
The Board of Revenue, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various office and technical items under the Single Stage Two Envelope Method as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax are invited to participate through Open Competitive Bidding.
Items being procured:
- PVC Storage cabinets and back shelved with modern hardware (8572 sq ft)
- Center tables (10), Chairs for visitors (70), Café furniture (1)
- Repair of old furniture (1)
- Networking for internet including High-Speed Internet facilities, LAN Cards, Wifi Devices, Networking cables, routers, CCTV Cameras and allied equipment (1)
- Desktop computers with UPS (50), Printers (50), Scanners (25)
- Signage (10), Ceiling fans (56 inch) with installation (120), Water dispensers (60)
- AC 1.5 Ton (Inverter Heat & Cool) with installation (10)
- Electric Transformers (500 KVA) and High Voltage Cables (1) approved by LESCO
The procurement covers a wide range of office furniture, IT equipment, networking infrastructure, electrical appliances, and repair services. Bidders must be registered on the E-PAD (new) system developed by PPRA and submit technical and financial proposals online via the EPADS portal. The bidding documents with detailed specifications are available for download from the PPRA website.
Eligibility requires registration with tax authorities and compliance with PPRA rules. Earnest Money Deposit (CDR) of 3% is required for each lot. The last date for bid submission on EPADS is 14th September 2026 by 12:00 p.m., with bid opening at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.
