Procurement of Reinforcement Steel Size 3/8" with Yield Strength 60,000 PSI by SSGC Procurement Department

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of reinforcement steel bars for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Reinforcement Steel bars, Size 3/8", Yield Strength 60,000 PSI, Quantity: 24,000 tons The reinforcement steel bars must conform to the technical specifications requiring 5 ft bar samples to be submitted with the bid. Each steel bundle must be bent in two folds and be of deformed bar type with 60 grade strength. Delivery is expected within 30 to 45 days at the specified delivery location Khadeji Stores. Bidders must be registered with FBR for NTN and GST and comply with all eligibility criteria including no joint ventures allowed. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline at SSGC Procurement Department office located at DCM ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.
