Tender Description
Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites E-Bids for the Annual Framework Contract 2026-27 for various works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows E-Procurement regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014, with submissions through the E-Pad System using PDF file upload under single stage one envelope procedure.

- Procurement of rental items for tentage
- Procurement of rental items for temporary lighting
- Procurement of providing and fixing flags, streamers etc.
- Procurement of flowers petals, flag, balloon gates, water bottles, ice box, and fire works
- Procurement of plants of different types with height 7-10 feet in gamla size 18 inches, pansies (15-20 plants in each gamla), grass, earth work
The scope includes supply, planting, and maintenance of plants including daily watering and fertilizer application for one year. The contractor is responsible for replacing any plants that perish without additional payment. Bidders must provide bid security as per the amounts listed for each lot.
