Procurement of Sexed Sorted Semen (Holstein Friesian Female Only)

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Sexed sorted semen specifically for Holstein Friesian female only. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be manufacturers or sole distributors/importers. Items being procured: - Sexed sorted semen (Holstein Friesian female only) Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bidding documents in two separate sections online through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 20th October 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same Committee Room. Bidders may submit their queries or suggestions online through EPADS before the pre-bid meeting. Mandatory Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 6,000,000 (Six Million) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, must be submitted in original. Only bids from manufacturers or sole distributors/importers of the sexed sorted semen will be accepted. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security.
