Procurement of Single Phase, LT Type CT Operated and HT Type CT & PT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters

The Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (Material Management) invites sealed bids for the procurement of advanced AMI Smart Energy Meters under Tender No. 4442. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply Single Phase, LT Type CT Operated, and HT Type CT & PT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters to be delivered at LESCO Regional Stores in Lahore. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Single Phase AMI Smart Energy Meters (49500 Nos per delivery schedule) - Lot 2: LT Type CT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters (1750 Nos per delivery schedule) - Lot 3: HT Type CT & PT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters (500 Nos per delivery schedule) The meters must comply with the latest NTDC/WAPDA specifications including DDS:110:2012, DDS:98:2011, DDS:65:2003, and IEC standards. They should feature remote automatic meter reading capabilities, 4G PTA-compliant communication modules with backward compatibility to 2G, and support MDC Software/Driver/HES compliant with PITC's Universal Data Integration Layer (UDIL). The meters will have programmable features including remote disconnect/reconnect relays and must be equipped with long-life batteries and super capacitors for power backup. Bidders must be registered with FBR, provide valid prototype/type test approvals or undertakings, and comply with all technical and commercial conditions. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per the bidding documents. Delivery is scheduled in two phases: 50% within 60 days and the remaining 50% in the next 60 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
