Tender Description
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Rehabilitation Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, is procuring spare parts for dewatering pumps, emergency rescue vehicles, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement aims to strengthen warehouse inventory and support repair and maintenance activities in anticipation of monsoon and flood emergencies.
The technical scope includes a wide range of spare parts such as self-complete sets, delivery and suction pipes, batteries, clutch plates, air cleaners, filters, radiators, pumps, hoses, and various other components for multiple models of pumps and rescue vehicles. The items will be delivered to PDMA warehouses located in Karachi, Jamshoro, and Sukkur.
Eligible bidders must have at least three years of experience supplying similar spare parts, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers, and hold valid Sindh Revenue Board registration where applicable. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 3,450,000/- (3% of the estimated cost) and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules (SPPRA) 2010, amended till date, and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
The deadline for bid submission is **04 May 2026 at 14:00 hours**, with bid opening at 14:30 hours on the same day at PDMA Sindh office, Karachi. Bidders should ensure complete documentation including technical and financial data, proof of experience, and compliance with all tender conditions. On-site inspection of items at bidders' premises will be conducted by the Procurement Committee, with all related expenses borne by the bidders.
