Tender Description
The **Supply Chain Management Directorate Heavy Industries Taxila** invites bids for the procurement of spares for repair of machines - APC (F) specifically for DESCOM Factory located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab. This procurement is on FOR basis and includes a comprehensive list of items such as hard drives, PCB cards, CPUs, PLCs, plasma torches, compressors, gas refilling, chillers, lubrication systems, spindle overhauling, welding machine parts, RO plant membranes, winding wires, software for Siemens control, and other related spares as detailed in Annexure A. The scope covers repair and maintenance of various machines including water jet, plasma cutting, CNC gantry, welding machines, and compressors.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Heavy Industries Taxila or provide valid agency agreements and meet the eligibility criteria under DPP&I-35. Firms must submit NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting or default. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must accompany the technical bid. Bid security in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order is mandatory and must comply with specified percentages based on firm registration status.
The tender submission deadline is **05 May 2026 at 10:30 hours** at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: technical proposal with muted bid security and financial proposal with actual bid security. Late submissions will not be entertained. The contract duration for delivery is 45 days after signing. Performance and warranty bank guarantees are required as per contract terms.
