Procurement of Staff Uniform and Liveries at Sundar Industrial Estate

Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) invites sealed bids from Suppliers, Distributors, Manufacturers, and Authorized dealers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having their names in the active Tax Payers list for the procurement of staff uniform and liveries at Sundar Industrial Estate in Lahore. Items being procured: - Staff Uniform - Liveries The procurement follows PPRA Rules-2014 (amended up to date) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by registering at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, BOM-SIE website www.sie.com.pk, and the Punjab e-Procurement Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for Income and Sales Tax and inclusion in the active Tax Payers list. A bid security of 2% amounting to Rs 136,300 must be submitted digitally through the e-Procurement system. The deadline for bid submission is 12-Nov-2026 by 11:00 AM, with bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or those submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered. BOM-SIE reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
