Tender Description
The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) Karachi is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery items for its network hospitals across Sindh including Sukkur, Larkana, Nawabshah, TMK, Hyderabad, Sehwan, Mithi, Khairpur, Lyari, and Baldia. This procurement covers essential office supplies such as ballpoint pens, markers, registers, files, paper products, staplers, and other related items. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
The technical scope includes supplying high-quality stationery items with detailed specifications and brand equivalence. Samples must be submitted for technical evaluation at SICVD Baldia stores three working days prior to bid opening. The supplier must ensure all items are new, meet quality standards, and provide replacement for near expiry or expired stock. Delivery will be on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to multiple SICVD locations in Sindh.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and have an active tax status. They should demonstrate financial capability with an average annual turnover of Rs. 25 Million over the last three years. Bidders must submit earnest money as fixed amounts per item and provide a performance security of 5% of the awarded tender amount. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS only, and manual submissions are not allowed.
The deadline for bid submission is 04th July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day at SICVD Head Office, Karachi. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements to avoid disqualification.
