Procurement of Stationery Items Framework Contract for Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Lahore

The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Lahore, under the Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationery items and related supplies through a framework work contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation To Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I)' with an allocated budget of **Rs. 1.0 Million**. Eligible bidders include reputed manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers or service providers with established credentials, financial and managerial capabilities, and registration with income and sales tax departments. Items being procured: - Stationery Items (framework contract) The tender scope covers supply of stationery items as detailed in the attached tender documents. Quantities may be adjusted based on fund availability and quoted rates. Bidders must comply with the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule No.38 (2)(a), submitting separate Technical and Financial Proposals via the E-Procurement portal. Interested bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The technical proposals must be uploaded by **25.09.2026 at 10:00 AM**, with technical bids opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on **03.10.2026 at 10:00 AM** in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bid security/earnest money of 2% of the total estimated price is required in the form of PSID generated from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Director RCCIB, Lahore. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
