Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Work Order and Disconnection Notice Books for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to Karachi and aims to fulfill operational requirements for vehicle repair and maintenance documentation as well as disconnection notices.
Items being procured:
- Work Order Books for vehicles required for repair and maintenance works to motor workshop on NCR paper, each book containing 100 pages, quantity 50 books
- Disconnection Notice Books containing 150 NCR papers, each book containing 50 sets of notices along with 2 copies, quantity 2000 books
The technical specifications require the books to be printed stationery suitable for operational use, with NCR paper as specified. The delivery period is 30 to 45 days from the date of contract award.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN) and comply with all tender document requirements including uploading signed and stamped tender documents. Original samples can be inspected at the CRD department, Head Office Karachi, with Mr. Shabbir Ahmed (DCM) as the contact person for sample-related queries.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 1:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory as per the bidding documents.
