Procurement of Stationery, Miscellaneous, Livery Items and Telephone Accessories by Cabinet Division

The Cabinet Division has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under the Annual Tender for Procurement of Stationery, Miscellaneous, Livery items and Telephone Accessories. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous items - Livery items - Telephone Accessories The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage- Two Envelope method adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Pay Order or Call at Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
