Procurement of Stationery Items for PCMMDC for FY 2026-27

The Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites eligible bidders for the procurement of stationery items for the fiscal year 2026-27 under a framework contract. The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process electronically via the E-Procurement portal using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids in PDF format along with complete supporting documents as per eligibility criteria. Items being procured: - Procurement of Stationery Items Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and E-Procurement portal websites. The total estimated cost inclusive of all applicable taxes is Rs. 2,633,109 with a bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 52,662. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online through the E-Procurement website (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by Monday, September 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will take place the same day at 10:30 AM at the head office of PCMMDC in Lahore in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted digitally via 1link/Bank Guarantee options through the E-Procurement portal on or before the bid submission deadline. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date for submission. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the official E-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
