Procurement of Telephone Exchange for Bahria University Dental College and Hospital at Karachi

The P&D Directorate of Bahria University invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of a Telephone Exchange system for Bahria University Dental College and Hospital located in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the hospital with a modern IP-PBX telephone exchange system to enhance communication infrastructure. Items being procured: - Telephone Exchange IP-PBX / PABX System with 110 Analog Extension Ports and 40 IP Extension Licenses - 15U Wall Mounted Equipment Rack with accessories - 200-Pair Building Side MDF (Krone Type Connection Module) including installation and termination The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and one-year manufacturer support and hardware warranty. The system must support various analog and digital interfaces, protocols such as H.323 and SIP, and include features like automatic route selection, caller ID, call forwarding, call pickup groups, and centralized directory. The equipment will be installed at the Bahria University Dental College and Hospital Karachi site. Eligible bidders must be registered, technically sound, and financially solvent firms. Bids must include original manufacturer's technical catalogues, detailed specifications, and compliance statements. Bid security of Rs. 135,877/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
