Procurement of Tents, Life Jackets, Plastic Mats, Mosquito Nets, and Portable Toilets

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab is inviting bids from well-reputed manufacturers, contractors, dealers, firms, vendors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Professional Tax. The procurement is for essential disaster management supplies to be delivered primarily in Lahore. Items being procured: - Tents (Single-Fly Canvas Cloth) (10,000 units) - Family Tent (10,000 units) - Life Jacket (10,000 units) - Plastic Mat (10,000 units) - Mosquito Net (10,000 units) - Portable Toilet (30 units) This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPR 2014) on a Single-Stage Two Envelopes basis. The scope includes supply of high-quality tents made of single-fly canvas cloth, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets, and portable toilets with specified quantities and delivery periods ranging from 3 to 15 days. Bidders must ensure samples of all items are submitted at the PDMA Warehouse in Lahore before the closing date. For imported items, detailed technical brochures with specifications and design must be provided. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, PRA, and active taxpayer status. NTN, PRA, and Sales Tax registration certificates must be submitted. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The estimated total cost is approximately **PKR 611,870,000**. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by **30th July 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the PDMA office.
