Procurement of Travel Management Services for Pakistan Digital Authority Islamabad

Items being procured: - Travel Management Services (36 per month) The technical scope requires agencies to be accredited members of the International Air Transport Association, maintain a credit limit of Rs. 1 million for domestic and Rs. 2 million for international travel with a 30-day credit period, and provide detailed itineraries and monthly itemized invoices. Agencies must have experience with at least three government entities in the last five years and be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List. The contract duration is 36 months starting December 1, 2026. Interested applicants must submit their applications electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
