Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Govt. Secondary School of Special Education H.I, Muzaffargarh invites E-Bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement includes a total of 606 uniforms comprising 141 boys and 61 girls, and 404 pairs of shoes including 282 boys and 122 girls. Each student will receive one winter uniform and two summer uniforms under the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 38(1)) from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax and Sales Tax). Items being procured: - 606 uniforms (141 boys, 61 girls) - 404 pairs of shoes (282 boys, 122 girls) The procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) portal and PPRA Punjab website. Only e-bids submitted through the E-Procurement System by registered suppliers will be considered valid. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of PKR 125000/- (5%) through the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism (1Link/PSID) available on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder prior to issuance of the Supply Order. All quoted rates shall be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage without obligation to justify. The bid submission closing date is 28-09-2026 at 10:00 a.m. with bid opening at 10:30 a.m. on the same day via the E-Procurement System. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission through the prescribed digital platform.
